RESOLUTION #138-2004
AWARD OF BID
Idle Isle Bridge Replacement Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Idle Isle Bridge Replacement Project
Program and the following bid was received:

Edward Kraemer & Sons, /nc
Lunda Construction Company
$82,675.00
$77,001.70
$79,737.50
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection Department
have reviewed the bids and recommend that the bid submitted by Edward Kramer &
Sons, Inc. in the amount of $77,001.70 be accepted for the Idle Isle Bridge
Replacement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $77,001.70 for the Idle
Isle Bridge Replacement Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor or his designee are authorized to sign
any changes at his discretion upon recommendation of th~ Engineering/Building
Inspection Director. .
