APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Golden Meadows at Lake Tichigan Addition No.3
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Final Plat was submitted on May 28,2004 for Golden Meadows at Lake
Tichiigan Addition No.3 in the SW ~ of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #002-2004 on January
13,:2004; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through #P.C. 075-
2004.
NO\N, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Final Plat for Golden Meadows at Lake Tichigan Addition No.3 in the SW ~ of Section
1 in the Town of W aterford.
BE liT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
