AWARD OF BID
Freedom Square Outlet Storm Sewer
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Freedom Square Outlet Storm Sewer
project and the following bids were received:

Wanasek Corp.
Super Excavators
Musson Brothers
Base Bid

$457,570.00
$513,785.00
$354,510.00
$415,715.00
$498,137.50
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids and
recommend that the bid submitted by Wanasek Corp. in the amount of $354,510.00 be
accepted for the Freedom Square Outlet Storm Sewer project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the low bid of the Wanasek Corp. in the amount of $354,510.00 for the Freedom
Square Outlet Storm Sewer project subject to DNR approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the City
Engineers or Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
