COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #101-2004
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Park and Conservation Dedication Fees)
WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego provide that various fees
may be established from time to time by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval of the following fees:
Park Dedication:
Single-Family Unit
Multifamily Unit
$1,900 each unit
$1,400 each unit
Conservation:
$580 per acre
$60 per Single-Family Unit for Trails
$45 per Multi-Family Unit for Trails
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
the above fees subject to passage and publication of Ordinance #1166.
