- RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE SELECTION OF
CLERK-TREASURER
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, Janice Moyer has been selected to fill the position of Clerk-Treasurer by
the Committee members appointed by the Mayor for this purpose with the Mayor's
concurrence at a Salary Range of 62; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council is required to approve such appointment; and
WHEREAS, The 2004 biweekly starting salary will be $2500 and benefits of the
position, as established for Nonrepresented, with addition of the following:
Three (3) Weeks Vacation until your sixth anniversary date.
Starting Date: June 15, 2004.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby confirm the selection of Janice Moyer to fill the position of Clerk-
Treasurer, effective June 15, 2004 contingent upon a successful background check and
pursuant to the terms and conditions of amended Charter Ordinance #20 if it becomes
effective on or before June 14,2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That if Charter Ordinance #20 does not become effective
on or before June 14, 2004, the candidate is hired under the terms and conditions of
Charter Ordinance #17.
