RESOLUTION #068-2004
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO RICK PETFALSKI
WHEREAS, RICK PETFALSKI was selected to represent the Fifth District in February
of 2001 to fill the unexpired term of Kathy Chiaverotti and was then elected as Alderman
in 2002; and
WHEREAS, ALDERMAN PETFALSKI has served as Common Council President from
2002 to the present; and
WHEREAS, As a member of the Common Council, ALDERMAN PETFALSKI served
on various committees including Finance, Public Services, Public Utilities and Public
Works; and
WHEREAS, ALDERMAN PETFALSKI also served on the Library Board, the
Community Development Authority and as the Council Liaison to the Community
Festival Committee; and
WHEREAS, ALDERMAN PETFALSKI, was instrumental in establishing the City's Teen
Advisory Board and served as the Council Representative to the Board from 2001 to
2003.
- WHEREAS, The Common Council wishes to recognize the diligence and commitment
that ALDERMAN PETF ALSKI exemplified as he served the Fifth District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby acknowledge RICK PETFALSKI'S years of service to his
community and wishes to express the appreciation of the citizens of Muskego for such
service.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution with the seal of the City of
Muskego affixed shall be presented to ALDERMAN PETFALSKI, and this
resolution shall become a part of the proceedings of the Common Council of the City of
Muskego.
