COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #047-2004
ACCEPTANCE OF ROAD RESERVATION
ROSEWOOD ESTATES, INC.
WHEREAS the City of Muskego Common Council finds that certain rights-of-way
described on the Final Plat of Rosewood Estates filed in the Waukesha County Register
of Deeds are Reserved for Public Roadway Purposes to the City of Muskego and,
WHEREAS said Roadway Reservation is required at this time for Public Roadway
Purposes for future public improvement purposes in the City of Muskego.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby ordain
that said reservation is accepted as a Road right-of-way as described and mapped in
said Final Plat contingent upon the Offer to Purchase referred to in Resolution #048-
2004.
