HONORING CITY OF MUSKEGO GIRL SCOUT GOLD AWARD
RECIPIENT DANIELLE LAURA-ELLEN REIMER
WHEREAS, DANIELLE LAURA-ELLEN REIMER, resident of the City of Muskego and
a junior at Muskego High School, earned the Girl Scout Gold Award in January, 2004 as
a member of the Great Blue Heron Girl Scout Troop 46; and
WHEREAS, The Gold Award is the highest recognition a young woman can earn in Girl
Scouting and DANIELLE is the first scout to receive this prestigious award in the
Muskego area since 1984; and
WHEREAS, This achievement is the result of years of service and dedication to the Girl
Scout organization; and
WHEREAS, During DANIELLE'S participation in scouting, she earned many awards
and merit badges and continues to serve her fellow scouts and the community in a
variety of leadership positions; and
WHEREAS, DANIELLE spent many hours on her service project in which she created a
storage room for a youth group at Apostle Presbyterian Church in West Allis; and
WHEREAS, In addition to scouting, DANIELLE enjoys various extracurricular activities
including drama and AFS; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego wishes to recognize the
achievements of DANIELLE REIMER.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby commend DANIELLE LAURA-ELLEN REIMER for earning the
Girl Scout Gold Award and acknowledges and applauds her efforts to reach this
achievement.
