RESOLUTION #020-2004
RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRA TEGIC PLAN 2003
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego retained the services of Vandewalle & Associates
and the Taurean Group LLC to assist in the preparation of a plan as a strategy to
balance Muskego's economic development objectives with the important goals of
promoting sound environmental practice and protecting the community's aesthesis; and
WHEREAS, A draft City of Muskego Sustainable Economic Development Strategic
Plan 2003 has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor's Task Force approved the draft Plan on September 10, 2003;
and
WHEREAS, The Common Council held a public hearing on January 13, 2004 to obtain
input from the community; and

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the draft City of Muskego Sustainable
Economic Development Strategic Plan 2003 and recommended approval on January
20, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby adopt the
City of Muskego Sustainable Economic Development Strategic Plan 2003, which is on
file at the City of Muskego Plan Department subject to review of technical corrections to
Sections 3 and 4 on Pages 58 and 59 by the Mayor and Financial Consultant.
