RESOLUTION NO. 016-2004
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES, INe.
TO SOLICIT COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS FOR APPROXIMATELY
$4,070,000 SEWER SYSTEM REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS
OF THE CITY OF MVSKEGO, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Section 66.021, Wis. Stats., authorizes the City of Muskego to issue Sewer
System Revenue Refunding Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is necessary and desirable to advance refund
the $5,900,000 Sewer System Revenue Bonds dated March 1, 1996, and maturing in the years
2007 through 2016; and
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates, Inc. is the financial advisor for the City of Muskego;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, that Ehlers and Associates, Inc. be authorized to solicit
competitive proposals for the purchase of approximately $4,070,000 Sewer System Revenue
Refunding Bonds of the City of Muskego.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ehlers & Associates is authorized to prepare an
Official Statement in behalf of the issuer in accordance with SEC Rule 15c2-12 and to publish a
notice of sale.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Alderperson Salentine and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof:
Alerpersons Patterson, Damaske, Petfalski, Madden, Salentine and Buckmaster.
and the foJIowing voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
