r RESOLUTION NO. 015-2004
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
TO SOLICIT COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS FOR NOT TO EXCEED
$935,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION PROMISSORY NOTES
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Section 67.12(12), Wis. Stats., authorizes the City of Muskego to issue
General Obligation Promissory Notes; and
WHEREAS, the City needs to finance the cost of capital equipment; and
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is necessary and desirable to refund the
$2,300,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes dated February I, 1998 and maturing in the
years 2005 through 2007: and
WHEREAS, Ehlers and Associates, Inc. is the financial advisor for the City of Muskego;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, that Ehlers and Associates, Inc. be authorized to solicit
competitive proposals for the purchase of not to exceed $935,000 General Obligation Promissory
Notes of the City of Muskego.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ehlers & Associates is authorized to prepare an
Official Statement in behalf of the issuer in accordance with SEC Rule l5c2-12 and to publish a
notice of sale.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
Alderperson Patterson and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor thereof:
Alderpersons Buckmaster, Damaske, Salentine, Madden, Patterson and Petfalski.
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
