APPROVAL OF ADDENDUM TO 2004 CONTRACT
FOR CLEANING SERVICES
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved a contract with Jani-King of Milwaukee on
December 9, 2003 to provide cleaning service for the City's municipal buildings for
2004; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the quote in the amount of $865
submitted by Jani-King to clean the Veteran's Park facility for the months of May
through September and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the attached Addendum to the 2004 cleaning service contract with Jani-King.

ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
AND ROYAL FRANCHISING INCORPORATED
d/b/a JANI-KING OF MILWAUKEE
FOR CLEANING SERVICES FOR JANUARY 1 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2004
Clean and sanitize all restrooms including all fixtures, urinals, toilets and toilet seats. Clean all
mirrors. Fill dispensers (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) Damp clean walls, doors and
partitions. Floors to be dust mopped and/or swept, and damp mopped with non-abrasive
cleaners. Put urinal deodorant blocks in urinals as needed.
LOCATION AND TIMES
Veteran's Park (located across from City Hall)
May 1 through September 30, 2004
,r Clean each night (Monday through Sunday) $865.00
Also responsible for locking doors after done cleaning.
Key will be provided by Parks and Recreation Department.
