APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Sommerset Subdivision
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Sommerset Subdivision, consisting of 14 residential
lots in the SE ~ of Section 2 in the Town of Waterford, was submitted on December 9,
2003; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat
through the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 170-2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Sommerset Subdivision located in the SE ~ of Section 2 in the
Town of W ate rfo rd

r BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
