APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Golden Meadows at Tichigan Lake Addition 3
Town ofWaterford
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat for Golden Meadows at Tichigan Lake Addition 3,
consisting of 12 residential lots in the SW ~ of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford, was
submitted on November 24, 2003; and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-territorial jurisdiction of the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat
through the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 161-2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Preliminary Plat for Golden Meadows at Tichigan Lake Addition 3 located in the SW ~
of Section 1 in the Town of Waterford.
r- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
