RESOLUTION #272-2003
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego adopted By-Laws and Rules
of Procedure for the Community Development Authority of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin on March 26, 2002 and as amended; and
WHEREAS, Said By-Laws and Rules of Procedure for the Community Development
Authority require that a single expenditure in excess of $5,000 be approved by the
Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Community Development Authority has requested the expenditure for
professional services to validate the proforma(s) associated with Redevelopment
District #2 be authorized; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee does hereby authorize
the expenditure for professional services for Redevelopment District #2 as stated
above.
