RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
FOR RESCUE SERVICE
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the fees for rescue service and has
recommended the following effective January 1, 2004:
BlS (Basic Life Support) - Resident
AlS 1 (Advanced Life Support) - Resident
AlS2 (Advanced Life Support) - Resident
BlS (Basic Life Support) - Nonresident
AlS1 (Advanced Life Support) - Nonresident
AlS2 (Advanced Life Support) - Nonresident

WHEREAS, The above fees include supplies.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
the fees that the City will charge for rescue service as identified above plus any amount
incurred for mileage as of January 1, 2004.
