APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO PAY FOR PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego adopted a Pay for Performance Program for all
Nonrepresented Employees in December of 1999; and
WHEREAS, Said Program established an employee's ability to acquire a 0% to 5%
wage adjustment based upon an evaluation of performance in addition to the approved
cost of living adjustment, and that a minimum 2.5 overall evaluation score was required
to receive the full cost of living adjustment; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed this practice for wage adjustments
for performance and has recommended an amendment to 0% to 4%.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby amend
the Pay for Performance Program to reflect that an employee may acquire a 0% to 4%
wage adjustment based upon an evaluation of performance in addition to the approved
cost of living adjustment.
