APPROVAL OF RELEASE OF REMAINING FUNDS
FROM ESCROW AND CLOSURE OF ESCROW ACCOUNT
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the
recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the attached
Release of Remaining Funds from Escrow and Closure of Escrow Account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor may increase the amount to be paid to
the City and decrease the amount to be paid to Muskego Site Groundwater
Remediation Group to reflect actual costs.
