RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH LICENSE FEES
(Fermented Malt Beverages, Liquor and Tobacco)
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that various fees may be
established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the following license fees be
established:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve the
above fees effective January 1, 2004.
