COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #201-2003
RESOLUTION TO AMEND AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
HUMANE ANIMAL WELFARE SOCIETY (HAWS)
WHEREAS, The City has a service agreement with the Humane Animal Welfare
Society (HAWS), which will automatically renew as of December 1, 2003; and
WHEREAS, The annual fees paid are outlined in Addendum A of the agreement and
HAWS has submitted a new Addendum A which amends the annual fees; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the revised Addendum A and has
recommended approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the revised Addendum, A which outlines the annual fees paid to HAWS for animal
control services.

ADDENDUM A
As consideration for the Services described in the Agreement, Municipality shall pay
HAWS an annual fee of Jt 'J I Z :55' .
If Municipality requests additional boarding of an animal under Section 1.4 of the
Agreement, Municipality shall pay HAWS $ II. :)')" per day.
