COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #181-2003
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Candlewood Creek Addition No.1 Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Candlewood Creek Addition No.1 Subdivision in the
NW % of Section 11 was submitted on July 11, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 27 residential lots and four outlots;
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P .C. 093-2003 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of Candlewood Creek Addition NO.1 Subdivision in the NW ;4 of
Section 11 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 093-2003 being met at
the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
