RESOLUTION #174.2003
APPROVAL OF FEE
(Dog Fancier Permit)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that applicable fees
shall be established, from time to time, by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that a fee of $50 be
established for a Dog Fancier Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
a $50 fee for a Dog Fancier Permit subject to passage and publication of Ordinance
#1145.
