AWARD OF BID
Martin Drive and Janesville Road
Street Relocation/Reconstruction Project
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Martin Drive and Janesville Road Street
RelocationfReconstruction project and the following base bids were received:
Musson Brothers
Capital Pavers
Payne & Dolan
Sunny Slope Grading
$324,342.43

WHEREAS, The EngineeringfBuilding Inspection Director has reviewed the bids and
recommends that the low bid submitted by Musson Brothers in the amount of
$324,342.43 for the Martin Drive and Janesville Road Street Relocation/Reconstruction
project be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Engineering/Building Inspection Director,
does hereby accept the low bid of Musson Brothers in the amount of $324,342.43 for
the Martin Drive and Janesville Road Street Relocation/Reconstruction project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
