RESOLUTION #170-2003
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(GIS Land Records Fees)
WHEREAS, The Zoning and land Division Ordinances of the City of Muskego provide
that various fees may be established from time to time by Resolution of the Common
Council; and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #137-2002 the GIS land Records Fee was increased from
$15.00 to $50.00; and
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has reviewed its fee schedules and
recommends the following GIS land Records Fees:

All permits requiring structure updates
land Divisions, per lot or outlot
requiring update
GIS land Records Capital Charge - All permits requiring structure

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby establish the above fees as proposed effective immediately.
