TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE
A ROAD RIGHT-Of-WAY IN THE
CITY Of MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real estate
in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
. Being part of the Southeast % of the Southeast % of Section 9, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and
described as follows:

Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, St. Leonard's Subdivision,
said point also being the point of beginning of lands to be described; thence N
89057'55" E, 96.85 feet; thence N 00002'05" E, 9.81 feet; thence Westerly 113.55
feet along the arc of a curve, which center lies to the South, having a radius of 60.00
feet, having a chord distance of 97.35 feet, which bears S 84010'56" W, to the point
of beginning. Containing 2,173.93 sq.ft. (0.05 acres) more or less.
Bearings are referenced to the North line or St. Leonard's Drive, which bears N
89057'55" E, per St. Leonard's Subdivision Plat. (Parcel affected by vacated row, is
Tax-key No.2196-036.)

Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 1, in St. Leonard's Subdivision,
thence S 89057'55" W, 89.79 feet, to the point of beginning of lands to be described;
thence continuing S 89057'55" W, 7.07 feet; thence N 00002'05" E, 9.81 feet; thence
Southeasterly 12.11 feet along the arc of a curve, which center lies to the
Southwest, having a radius of 60.00 feet, having a chord distance of 12.09 feet,
which bears S 35049'04" E, to the point of beginning. Containing 37.14 sq.ft. (0.0009
acres) more or less.

thence S 00002'05" E, 4.18 feet; thence Easterly 120.71 feet along the arc of a
curve, which center lies to the North, having a radius of 60.00 feet, having a chord
distance of 101.36 feet, which bears N 87040'13" W, to the point of beginning.
Containing 2,205.36 sq. ft. (0.05 acres) more or less.

89057'55" E, per St. Leonard's Subdivision Plat. (Parcel affected by vacated row, is

thence Southwesterly 4.95 feet along the arc of a curve, which center lies to the
Northwest, having a radius of 60.00 feet, having a chord distance of 4.95 feet, which
bears S 32019'47" W; thence N 00002'05" W, 4.18 feet; thence N 89057'55" E, 2.65
feet, to the point of beginning. Containing 5.71 sq. ft. (0.0001 acres) more or less.

89057'55" E, per St. Leonard's Subdivision Plat. (Parcel affected by vacated row, is
Tax-key No.2196-043.)
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is designated in red on a
map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A."
