CCR2003159COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #159.2003 . ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL Of THE CITY Of MUSKEGO TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE A ROAD RIGHT-Of-WAY IN THE CITY Of MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN RESOLUTION ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as follows: That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real estate in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street, to wit: . Being part of the Southeast % of the Southeast % of Section 9, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded and described as follows: . Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, St. Leonard's Subdivision, said point also being the point of beginning of lands to be described; thence N 89057'55" E, 96.85 feet; thence N 00002'05" E, 9.81 feet; thence Westerly 113.55 feet along the arc of a curve, which center lies to the South, having a radius of 60.00 feet, having a chord distance of 97.35 feet, which bears S 84010'56" W, to the point of beginning. Containing 2,173.93 sq.ft. (0.05 acres) more or less. Bearings are referenced to the North line or St. Leonard's Drive, which bears N 89057'55" E, per St. Leonard's Subdivision Plat. (Parcel affected by vacated row, is Tax-key No.2196-036.) .
