COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #154-2003
RESOLUTION AS TO SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE MUSKEGO CENTRE
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR DAY CARE CENTER
WHEREAS, A Petition was submitted by Discovery Days Child Care for a Building, Site
and Operational Plan approval for a day care center to be located within the Muskego
Centre Planned Development District located in the NE 1/4 of Section 17 (Janesville
Road and Racine Avenue) on May 22, 2003; and
WHEREAS, On June 17, 2003 the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P. C. 070-
2003 recommending to the Common Council that the petition for an amendment to the
Planned Development District of Discovery Days represented a substantial change to
the approved Muskego Centre Planned Development District, and that a Common
Council public hearing was required; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego held a public hearing on June
24, 2003.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the petition of Discovery Days Child Care for a change
to the approved Muskego Centre Planned Development District to allow construction of
a day care center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to the receipt of all fees as
provided in the City of Muskego Municipal Code, any special assessments which may
be due, and the conditions as outlined in adopted Resolution #P.C. 070-2003.
