COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #136-2003
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY TO PROCEED WITH NEGOTIATING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT AND THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS NOT TO EXCEED $9,000.00
RELATING TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS FOR REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT 2
WHEREAS the Community Development Authority of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin
(the "Authority") is in need of an amount not to exceed $9,000 for the public purpose of blight
elimination program in a designated redevelopment area in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin (the
"City"), consisting of project costs and improvements listed in the Project Plan for Tax
Incremental District No.8 of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council that the Community
Development Authority is authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with
Vandewalle & Associates. The final details and terms of the Agreement and related documents
shall be subject to approval by the Community Development Authority.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Common Council hereby authorizes the
Authority to proceed with the expenditure of in an amount not to exceed $9,000 for the purpose
set forth above.
