RESOLUTION #124-2003
APPROVAL OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT
Candlewood Village Condominiums
WHEREAS, A Condominium Plat was submitted by Redmond Development d/b/a
MRED (Moorland/Residential) Associates LP for Candlewood Village Condominiums
(f.k.a. Sandalwood Village) located in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 and NW 1/4 of Section
11; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 054-2003, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
Condominium Plat for Candlewood Village Condominiums, located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 2 and NW 1/4 of Section 11, subject to the conditions outlined in amended
Resolution #P.C. 054-2003, resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the
City Planning Department, City Engineers, and Fire Department, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this plat shall be submitted to the City
in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and Resolution #196-2002.
