CCR2003122 (2). . . COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #122-2003 RESOLUTION AS TO SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE MRED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, A Petition was submitted by Redmond Development d/b/a MRED (Moorland/Residential) Associates LP for approval of a Building, Site and Operational Plan for a 102-unit condominium development (Candlewood Village) located in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 and the NW 1/4 of Section 11 on Moorland Road; and WHEREAS, On May 20, 2003 the Plan Commission amended and adopted Resolution #P. C. 054-2003 recommending to the Common Council that the petition represented a substantial change to the approved MRED Planned Development District, and that a Common Council public hearing was required for said change; and WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego held a public hearing on May 27, 2003. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the petition of MRED (Moorland/Residential) Associates LP for a change to the approved MRED Planned Development District to allow the development of the Candlewood Village Condominiums. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to the receipt of all fees as provided in the City of Muskego Municipal Code, any special assessments which may be due, and the conditions as outlined in amended and adopted Resolution #P.C. 054- 2003.
