AWARD OF BID
Muskego Dam Road and Jewel Crest Drive
Bridge Replacement Projects
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Muskego Dam Road and Jewel Crest
Drive Bridge Replacement projects and the following base bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Public Works Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid submitted by Edward Kramer in the amount of
$317,077.19 for the Muskego Dam Road and Jewel Crest Drive Bridge Replacement
projects be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Edward Kramer in the amount of $317,077.19 for the Muskego
Dam Road and Jewel Crest Drive Bridge Replacement projects subject to approval of
the DNR.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the City
Engineers.
