COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #109-2003
APPROVAL OF CHANGE TO LICENSE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
UNITED STATES CELLULAR OPERATING COMPANY LLC
WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego approved a License
Agreement with United States Cellular Operating Company LLC on March 25, 2003
through Resolution #58-2003; and
WHEREAS, U. S. Cellular has proposed a change to the Agreement whereby they
would make any necessary repairs to the City's equipment on their new tower instead
of the City making said repairs; and
WHEREAS, The Police Chief has reviewed the proposed change in the agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the change to the License Agreement Between the City of Muskego and United States
Cellular Operating Company LLC subject to receipt of specific language acceptable to
the Mayor and Police Chief.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the changed Agreement in the name of the City and make any technical
corrections that may be necessary, in consultation with the City Attorney.
