COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #108-2003
DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
Michael Weber
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego received a Notice of Claim from Robert E. Barnes,
Attorney for Michael Joe Weber on April 2, 2003; and
WHEREAS, The City's insurance carrier has recommended that the City disallow this
claim; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that this claim be disallowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby disallow
the claim of Michael Joe Weber.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That no legal action may be brought on this claim after
six months from the date of service of notice of this disallowance of claim pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes, Section 893.80.
