AWARD OF BID
Durham Drive Water Main Extension Project (MW-34-03)
WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Durham Drive Water Main Extension
Project (MW-34-03) and the following base bids were received:
Wanasek Corporation, Inc.
Underground Pipeline, Inc.
Musson Bros., Inc.
Super Excavators, Inc.
Globe Contractors, Inc.
United Sewer & Water, Inc.
Mainline-Sewer & Water, Inc.

WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and City Engineers have reviewed the bids
and recommend that the low bid submitted by Wanasek Corporation, Inc. in the amount
of $786,373.50 for the Durham Drive Water Main Extension Project (MW-34-03) be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Wanasek in the amount of $786,373.50 for the Durham Drive
Water Main Extension Project (MW-34-03) subject to approval of the DNR and PSC.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
