WHEREAS, The City advertised for bids for the Janesville Road Water Main project
(MW-32-02) and the following base bids were received:

WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee and Engineering/Building Inspection
Director have reviewed the bids and recommend that the low bid submitted by Super
Excavators in the amount of $910,309.00 for the Janesville Road Water Main project
(MW-32-02) be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby
accept the low bid of Super Excavators in the amount of $910,309.00 for the Janesville
Road Water Main project (MW-32-02).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are further
authorized to sign any changes at their discretion upon recommendation of the
Engineering/Building Inspection Director.
