CHARGE BACK FEES POLICY Per Chapter 3.085 of the Municipal Code THE CITY OF MUSKEGO SHAll CHARGE FOR All SERVICES RENDERED BY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AS OUTLINED IN CHAPTER 3.085 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, AND COMMON COUNCil RESOLUTIONS # 1-97, #149-2002, AND #050-2003 BASED ON THE FOllOWING CRITERIA: 1. Research, services, or information provided to be used for the benefit of ownerlrepresentative/other, that is not provided as a regular service by the City. .2. Items generated at request of City Staff for review of information necessary to process requests such as, but not limited to rezonings, land divisions, Subdivision Plats, Site & Operation Plans, Conditional Use Grants, Planned Unit Developments, or any other items represented on any fee schedules adopted by the City. THE FOllOWING SERVICES ARE NOT TO BE CHARGED BACK: 1. Items provided for City's sole benefit or economic development. 2. Individual requests from property owners related to violations and inquiries of violations, or Ordinance interpretation. 3. General information that is regarded as not a specific individual benefit. 4. Any public information not requiring extensive research, as determined by the Department Head. 5. Basic Zoning inquiries by realtors and appraisers for specific properties. 6. Neighborhood plans formulated by City Personnel in response to a development proposal, as directed by the Common Council or Plan Commission. 7. Research and correspondence in response to a citizen's concerns/interests, at the direction of the Alderman of the citizen's District. 8.
