RESOLUTION #039.2003
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO AND
WELCH HANSON AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, In 2001, the City of Muskego entered into an Agreement with Welch
Hanson and Associates, Inc. to provide engineering services; and
WHEREAS, The Engineering/Building Inspection Director has proposed that the City
terminate the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended termination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
authorize termination of the Agreement between the City of Muskego and Welch
Hanson and Associates, Inc. with a copy of this Resolution to be forwarded to Welch
Hanson as written notice of the termination.
