COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #027-2003
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires developers to complete improvements and
dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, The City"shall accept said dedication if the improvements have been
completed as required by Subdivider's/Developer's Agreements, applicable City
ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, The Building and Engineering Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met for the following:
1. Sarah Estates
A.) Water
S.) Storm Sewer
C.) Sanitary Sewer
Kohls/Dreamland
A.) Off-site Water Main at Janesville and Moorland
2.
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed and approved the final release of
funds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby accept
the dedication of improvements named above.
