COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #022-2003
THIRD AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INSTALLATION OF
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST BENEFITED
PROPERTY
(North Cape Road - Ryan Road to Boxhorn Road,
Project MSS-1-99, Assessment District "SR")
WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #52-2001 was adopted on Màrch 13, 2001, Amended
and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #171-2001 was adopted on August 28, 2001, and
Second Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #200-2001 was adopted on
October 23, 2001; and
WHEREAS, Property identified as Tax Key No. 2256.986 was assessed for one lateral, which
was not installed; and
WHEREAS, The Final Assessment Resolution must be amended to reflect the following change
to the assessment roll:
Tax Key No. 2256.986 W126 S9384 North Cape Road
Assessment reduced by $3,104.40 for the cost of one lateral; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utìlìties Committee has recommended that the Final Assessment
Resolution be amended to reduce the assessment roll accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #52-2001 to reduce the assessment roll as noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of Final Resolution #52-2001,
Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #171-2001, and Second Amended and
Revised Final Assessment Resolution #200-2001 shall remain unchanged unless specifically
amended by this Resolution.
