COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO
RESOLUTION #017-2003
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Stonebridge Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Stonebridge Subdivision in the NW 14 of Section 25
was submitted on November 15, 2002; and
WHEREAS, Said plat consists of approximately 48.4 acres and proposes the
development of 41 residential lots; and "
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 164-2002 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of Stonebridge Subdivision in the NW 14 of Section 25 subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 164-2002 being met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a digital file of this Preliminary Plat shall be
submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance #1118 and
Resolution #196-2002.
