CCR2003013. . . COMMON COUNCIL. CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #013-2003 RESOLUTION AS TO SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE MRED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, a Petition was submitted by Redmond Construction and Aldi Inc. for Building, Site and Operational Plan approval for a grocery store to be located within the MRED Planned Development District located in the SE 1/4 of Section 2 (Janesville Road); and WHEREAS, On August 21, 2001 the Plan Commission amended and adopted Resolution #P. C. 114a-2002 recommending to the Common Council that the petition for an amendment to the Planned Development District of MRED represented a substantial change to the approved MRED Commercial Planned Development District, and that a Common Council public hearing was required; and WHEREAS, The Common Council of the City of Muskego held a pUblic hearing on January 14, 2003. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the petition of Redmond Construction and Aldi Inc. for a change to the approved MRED Commercial Planned Development District to allow construction of an Aldi grocery store. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to the receipt of all fees as provided in the City of Muskego Municipal Code, any special assessments which may be due, and the conditions as outlined in amended and adopted Resolution #P.C. 114a- 2002.
