RESOLUTION #009.2003
REAPPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Miedzybrocki/Rozeski
WHEREAS, A certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel division of the Miedzybrocki
property located on Hillendale Drive in the NE % of Section 5 was approved through
Resolution #147-2002 on July 23,2002; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map was not recorded within the 30-day time period
and reapproval by the Common Council is necessary; and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map now reflects the names of the new property
owners, Martin and Theresa Rozeski.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reapprove the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-parcel
division of the Rozeski property located on Hillendale Drive in the NE % of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
