RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
FOR RESCUE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department has informed the City that an
increase in their rescue fees will be implemented as of January 1, 2003 in accordance
with the contract between the City of Muskego and Tess Corners Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the issue and has recommended the
fees charged for rescue service effective January, 2003 should be $290.00 for
residents and $410.00 for nonresidents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
that the City will charge a fee of $290.00 to residents and $410.00 to nonresidents for
rescue service calls plus any amounts incurred for mileage and supplies used as of
January 1,2003.
