0 AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DENTAL INSURANCE CONTRACTS FOR 2003
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego presently has contracts with First Commonwealth and
Compcare Health Services Insurance Corporation (Dentacare) to provide dental
insurance to subscribers who elect to participate totally at their own expense; and
WHEREAS, The City wishes to renew contracts with First Commonwealth and
Compcare Health Services Insurance Corporation for dental insurance for 2003 at the
following monthly rates:

WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that the City renew contracts
with both carriers for 2003
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of 0 Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the City renewing contracts with First Commonwealth and Compcare Health Services
Insurance Corporation (Dentacare) for dental insurance for 2003 to be fully funded by
the subscribers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
execute any necessary documents.

Volunteer Fire Department's Rescue Services will continue to work
toward the implementation and
Putting in place the Intermediate EMT Program by 12/31/2003, as well
as continuing to evaluate services with the possible inclusion of a fourth
(4'h) ambulance location within the department located at Station #2.
