APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES
I WITH THE TESS CORNERS VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the City of Muskego and the Tess Corners Volunteer
Fire Department enter into an agreement for rescue services; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has reviewed the attached agreement and
recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, The Letter of Understanding between the City and Tess Corners Volunteer
Fire Department executed in April of 2002 is still in effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve
the Agreement for Ambulance Services with the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department for the period January 1,2003 through December 31,2003.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are authorized to
sign the agreement in the name of the City.
