RESOLUTION CLARIFYING ORDINANCE #I043
EXISTING LEGAL LOT STATUS
WHEREAS, on or about October 19,2000 the Common Council of the City of Muskego
adopted Ordinance #lo43 concerning existing substandard lots; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance states throughout “(To be repealed 12/31/2002)”; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Plan Department,
wishes to clarify and confirm the intent and meaning of said Ordinance as to repeal of
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1 Ordinance #1043, which is Muskego Code s18.23, is repealed in its entirety as of
12/31/02; and
2. Any petition for determination received by the City on or prior to 12/31/02 shall be
processed pursuant to said Ordinance to its conclusion and said Ordinance shall
be in effect as to said petition.
