RESOLUTION #245-2002
DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
TO THE APPROVED DREAMLAND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
(Kohl's Department Store)
WHEREAS, A plan to screen the compactor mechanicals was submitted on behalf of
Kohl's Department Store for the Dreamland Planned Development at Moorland and
Janesville Roads: and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing an eight-foot high brick wall with cedar gates,
all brick to match the existing structure; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not
constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the
Dreamland Planned Development District through the adoption of #P.C. 163-2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine
that the request submitted does not constitute a substantial change to the original
Planned Unit Development of the Dreamland Planned Development District subject to
the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission.
