CCR20022440 COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #244-2002 DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE APPROVED RESERVE AT CHAMPIONS VILLAGE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, A request pertaining to the Reserve at Champions Village planned development open space requirements for Lot 6 located in the NE 1/4 of Section 25, Linksway CourVTax Key No. 2257 169 was submitted; and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to install a paved driveway measuring approximately 620 square feet and said request constitutes a change to the approved planned unit development of the Reserve at Champions Village Planned Development District; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the Reserve at Champions Village Planned Development District through the adoption of #P.C. 159-2002, and further approved the installation of a paved driveway not to exceed a total of 620 square feet as submitted for Lot 6 of the Reserve at Champions Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine 0 that the request submitted does not constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the Reserve at Champions Village Planned Development District subject to the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission.
