RESOLUTION #242-2002
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Big Muskego Estates Addition II
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for Big Muskego Estates Addition II in the SE '/4 of
Section 13 was submitted on October 9,2002; and
WHEREAS, Said plat proposes the development of 34 residential lots and provides
approximately 19.66 acres of common space; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
subject to the conditions of Resolution #P.C. 135-2002 as adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of the Big Muskego Estates Addition II in the SE '/4 of Section 13
subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C.135-2002 being met at the time of
the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fees and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies, and passage and
publication of Ordinance #I 124.
