RESOLUTION #240-2002
DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE
TO THE MUSKEG0 CENTRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, An amended landscape plan has been submitted by Tom Berg of Berg
Construction for the Muskego Centre Planned Development on Racine Avenue; and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to install a split-rail fence along the northeast
property boundary, which constitutes a change to the approved planned unit
development of the Muskego Centre Planned Development District; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission reviewed the request and determined that it did not
constitute a substantial change to the original Planned Unit Development of the
Muskego Centre Planned Development District through the adoption of #P.C. 153-
2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby determine
that the request submitted by Tom Berg does not constitute a substantial change to the
original Planned Unit Development of the Muskego Centre Planned Development
District subject to the conditions outlined by the Plan Commission.
