PROCEEDINGS BY THE COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE
A ROAD RESERVATION IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
RESOLUTION

BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as
follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the following described real estate
in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street reservation, to wit:
Being part of Parcel 1
, and Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map Number 7787, located in the SW
~ of the SW ~ of Section 17, and the NW ~ of the NW % of Section 20, Town 5 North, Range
20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Parcel 1, said point also being the point of beginning of
lands to be described; thence along the Southwest right-of-way line of Woods Road 181.76
feet along the arc of a curve, having a center lying to the Northeast, having a radius of 528.13
feet, and a chord length of 180.86 feet which bears S 13038'59" E; thence S 01004'07" E,
489.61 feet; thence S 01040'02" E, 908.65 feet: thence S 88018'06" W, 40.00 feet; thence N
01040'02" W, 868.65 feet; thence S 88018'06" W, 631.07 feet; thence N 01039'35" W, 40.00
feet; thence S 88018'06" W, 178.51 feet: thence N 01010'24" W, 40.00 feet; thence N
88018'06" E, 809.67 feet; thence N 01004'07" W, 626.56 feet, thence N 88018'06" E, 0.60 feet,
to the point of beginning. Containing 116,209 sq. ft. (2.67 acres) more or less.
That the street reservation discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is designated in
red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A."
